Monitor and Moderate Product Reviews

Customer reviews submitted on the site are initially allocated a Pending status. With several pages of product reviews, the Search tool will allow you to easily locate specific reviews by entering product SKUs, titles or customer names. Reviews are listed in descending order with the most recent at the top. Pending reviews are displayed first.

The review table includes information regarding the date and time the review was submitted, the product SKU, the name of the author and the product rating.

Although reviews can be added manually, it is also possible to import them in bulk from a CSV file. Similarly, the existing reviews may be exported.
