What's Been Selling and Who's Been Buying

The Bluepark system collects detailed statistical data concerning your customers' purchases. This can be filtered by year and by month.

Summary

A summary of the turnover value by month (if viewing the full year) or by day of the month (if viewing a specific month). A percentage column is also included.

Top Sellers / Turnover

A list of the top selling products, by turnover, for the selected period. The list can be toggled to show the worst sellers.

Top Sellers / Units

A list of the top selling products, by units sold, for the selected period. The list can be toggled to show the worst sellers.

Top Customers

A list of your top customers, by turnover, for the selected period.

Top Referral Conversions

A list of the top referring domains and searches which have generated orders, by the number of conversions, for the selected period. An "(A)" indicates an Affiliate referral using a special link.

Top Notification Requests

A list of the top products with pending requests for customers to be notified when stocks are replenished, ordered by the number of requests made. Clicking on the number of requests will generate a list of names and email addresses, separated by commas.

Top Wish List Additions

A list of the top products added to customers' Wish Lists, ordered by the number of additions made. Clicking on the number of additions will generate a list of names and email addresses, separated by commas.
