Order Editor

Edit the Order

The Remote Control button in the top right corner of the page enables you to edit the order by signing in as the customer. Options include adding, altering and removing products. Edits are made via the customer's Shopping Basket, and you must complete the Checkout process in order to commit your changes. No further payment is taken or refunded.

The Order Details tab allows you to add or edit various order information, including both Customer Comments and Admin Comments. If Admin Comments are made Public, they will be viewable by the customer.

The Customer Details tab enables you to edit the name and address of either the customer being billed or the intended recipient of the order. Please note that mass changes affecting all orders relating to a particular customer may be made from the Customer Editor.
